Player's Complaint
On game WHITE RHINO won the mini jackpot on 12/16. I contacted customer support after winnings werent credited into account. The senior agent, said the casino filed a complaint with RTG and I would be contacted via email within 48 hours. I didnt hear anything back, so ive contacted customer support twice since, and both times they had no idea what I was talking about and gave me the run around

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out, but you should be aware that as this issue has been escalated to the software provider it is very likely to take significantly longer to deal with than the standard 48h response time you were quoted.
