Dear ThePOGG-Team, thank you for your answer. I played Microgaming's Book of Oz look'n'Spin and Book of Oz Respin Feature. My bets were 1-2€, I did never bet over 2€. The Casino claims I did bet 7€ two times, but thats not the case at all. Kind regards, [EDIT]

The respin feature is a bet just like any other bet. If you have placed a respin bet that exceeds the maximum allowed bet when playing with a bonus I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to help you.
