Player's Complaint
I deposited 200€ to Casino Gods 7.5.2020 and won a total of 7501 €. I withdrew 7501 € instantly the same day. I got asked for documents straight after and I sent them asap. I didn't hear anything from Casino Gods until 12.5.2020 they locked my account and sent me email that I need to submit documents to them again without saying what was wrong with previous ones. I sent them new documents 12.5.2020 and haven't heard anything from them since.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 29th of May let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
