I tried to verify my account and withdrawal winnings of $1,500. They have accepted my passport, proof of address and bank card but they won't accept my proof of payment because it's two separate documents. I would like to get the winnings $1,500.00 or a return of my deposits $1,625.00
I received an email from the casino this morning stating that my account has been verified and also a text message stating my withdrawal is being processed and I'll receive the funds in 1 to 3 business days.
