Player's Complaint
ive been trying to withdraw my cash balance from casino gods casino for over a year!i had no problems with casino gods UNTILL i requested a withdraw of my legit legal cash balance.. i have a cash balance of $10,000 and they refuse to let me withdraw..i have done everything right and correct, and had sent all nessacary documents and IDs to casino gods..i have sent over 20 emails and have tryed to contact them many many times..they continue to ignore me and my emails and just reply to me with an automated email saying the same thing
"Hello, My name is [EDIT]. I'm very sorry to hear that and I understand how you feel. Let me have a look into it for you, please hold a moment. [EDIT] I can see that your withdrawal is still under review, and we have no updates yet, I apologize for the long wait. Rest assured that as soon as everything is ready we will inform you via email"..i still have all the emails ive sent dateing back over the past year or 2..and now that the casino has closed, its even harder to contact them..im ovvver fustrated and appalled at the service from casino gods.all i ask is for my cash balance to be withdrawn to my bank account..if you could please help me with this it would be awesome..

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
