Player's Complaint

Grand bay gave me a $10 bonus. I won a large amount of money. They said I couldn't withdraw more then 150.I went around and around with the casino. So I decided to continue to play with the winnings. Until I brought it down to 150. Then I withdrew it. On the 10 dollars I wont 3000.000 then played it through for days. I think all together I went through thousands. Then when I got down to 150.00 I won 1000.00. I was told the 150 was mine. That I could play it or withdraw it. I played it. I won 1000.00 . I withdrew it and now I am told I cant have it and its been denied because of a rule that I didn't deposit Enough to win it? Why would I deposit when I had so much money in the casino? Money I was told was mine. I have been playing at this casino since it fist opened with Micro gaming. I have never had such a problem collecting my winnings. They have gotten plenty of my money. Now I can't get any winnings from them. I want my 1000.00. Also the casino has no playback available so neither I or anyone else can check the validity of my claims. They also have a disconnected phone # and I cant reach them. They don't answer any emails. Please help me.

Hi Bonniesb - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before we go any further, were all of these winnings generated from the original $10 bonus? If so they would all be subject to any maximum win term associated with the bonus.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

I withdrew the 150 that I was left with after playing through the 3000 I had won from the 10 dollars. They said it was mine free and clear. So I played more(after I withdrew it) and won 1000.00. The denied my winnings and said I did not deposit enough ?

Hi Bonniesb,

Unfortunately the promotion you were playing had a max withdrawal of 150. That means that no matter how much you play with the funds the maximum you would ever be allowed to withdraw is 150. Even over multiple withdrawals you'll never be allowed to withdraw more than 150. And if you withdraw the 150, the withdrawal would actually have to have been completed AND your balance would have to be clear of other funds associated with the promotion before you could deposit and play with expectation of making a withdrawal.

At no point are any funds over the win cap valid with this type of promotion.

Sorry,

I just really don't understand. I know that I would never have been able to withdraw any of the money I won with the 10 bonus. But the max withdraw was 150. I withdrew it. I could even play progressives with it. Which to me has always been an indication to me that it is being played with MY money not the casinos. That is when I won the 1000 in question, not with any of the money from the free money bonus.

BTW its called real money and I have a screen shot now of the winnings. I did find a playback with the casino.

Hi Bonniesb,

The money isn't your until such time as it's been placed in your bank account. So if you withdrew the 150 then reversed the withdrawal, you were still playing with what would be considered funds from the 10 bonus.

You would have to have actually deposited funds for any winnings after you claimed the 10 bonus to be considered legitimate.

Thanks,

Hi Bonniesb,

Actually, you won. You were given a 10 credit bonus and won 150 credits which you were allowed to withdraw. But the most you were every allowed to withdraw from that 10 credit bonus was 150.

If you wanted to play without that win cap you would need to have deposited outside of that bonus.
