Resolved - After some technical issues involving making bank transfers to this player's bank account, the issue has been resolved and Casino La Vida have paid this player in full.

Win was on Jan 2
From that time on there has been 20+ emails and 5+ phone calls all assuring me that the winnings were being paid, they were processed and I would have in my account within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends??) To date 2 winnings made after the first inital win have been paid...even tho 1 had not been processed yet...but the original large win of 15K has not
I was assured many many times that it was processed and was only advised it was not when I enquired after I am coming to the sad conclusion they will not pay.
