Resolved - After some technical issues involving making bank transfers to this player's bank account, the issue has been resolved and Casino La Vida have paid this player in full.

Win was on Jan 2

From that time on there has been 20+ emails and 5+ phone calls all assuring me that the winnings were being paid, they were processed and I would have in my account within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends??) To date 2 winnings made after the first inital win have been paid...even tho 1 had not been processed yet...but the original large win of 15K has not

I was assured many many times that it was processed and was only advised it was not when I enquired after I am coming to the sad conclusion they will not pay.

Hi laurie,

I've discussed this issue at length with Casino La Vida.

There appear to have been several delays due to incorrect Routing numbers and missing Swift numbers.

The current state of play is that Casino La Vida will be sending your payments via Citadel which has an $8k/week maximum. If you want to receive the funds faster you'll need to go to your bank in Montreal and ask for their Swift number as this is preventing payments being made by Datacash.

I am aware that their have been a lot of different withdrawal in and around the missing funds, so if you could please confirm those that you've received and those that you feel you are still waiting on I'll try and tie everything up.

Hi laurie,

I've just reviewed your response from yesterday and received an email from Casino La Vida.

Your email does not prove anything. I stated clearly that there was an issue with incorrect Swift/Routing number. I did not at any point state that Casino La Vida attempted to make a payment yesterday.

I'm also VERY unhappy with the way you are using this service to attack the casino. This service is here to help resolve disputes between players and casinos not to use as a weapon to inflame them.

While I understand your frustrations, at this stage if you want my continued help you are going to have to calm down and let me do my job. I want to help you, but given you've continued playing long after the original issue this is unquestionably a complicated issue and will take time to resolve.

Can you provide your banks Swift number? That would help resolve this issue far more quickly.

Hi laurie,

I've had Casino La Vida come back to me. They're saying that the payments they sent through on Friday, Saturday and Sunday should be with you. At the very least they've not had any notification from Citadel that they've been rejected. Could you check your statement for me and confirm whether the payments have arrived?
