Resolved - When we brought this issue to the attention of Bwin/Casino Las Vegas they managed to resolve it with the player directly.

Player's Complaint

Bwin send me several advertisement, even thought I was selfexcluded permanently from its sister casino Casino Las Vegas. I use the same details but my account was not spotted ending up deposit 600 gbp. I been told by gam care to selfexclude my self and that the casino that share the same owner should not send me advertisement. I tried to contact them but they keep refusing to admit any link with casino Las Vegas even thought is on the gambling commission website they are Owened by Electraworks share same license and address

Thank you for your reply, all this happened awhile a go my child that has nos pass away was very ill and I my life spire our of control. I did the best I could and selfexcluded from casinos but Bwin sent several emailemtizing me to gamble even thought I selfexcluded from

Hi janetteperu, We've received the following response from the operator:

"Regarding the below complaint from [EDIT], I’m happy to confirm that this has already been settled with her. She’s been provided with complete information about her accounts with GVC and also a good will gesture payment to help her with her situation. She did register an account with slightly different details, which may have led to her receiving some promotional material, but by doing that, she is in breach of our General Terms and Conditions (p.4. TRUE IDENTITY AND ONE ACCOUNT). Case is considered closed and the customer has confirmed that she’s happy with the outcome and the good will bonus."
