Hi janetteperu - welcome back!

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.

Given your ongoing issues I would strongly encourage you to consider installing one of the filtering softwares that will prevent you accessing gambling sites. You can find more information about these on our Responsible Gambling page.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi janetteperu, We've received the following response from the operator:

"Regarding the below complaint from [EDIT], I’m happy to confirm that this has already been settled with her. She’s been provided with complete information about her accounts with GVC and also a good will gesture payment to help her with her situation. She did register an account with slightly different details, which may have led to her receiving some promotional material, but by doing that, she is in breach of our General Terms and Conditions (p.4. TRUE IDENTITY AND ONE ACCOUNT). Case is considered closed and the customer has confirmed that she’s happy with the outcome and the good will bonus."
Can you confirm the above? Thanks, ThePOGG
