hi there so i have been having issues with casino moons i deposited 25 and got it upto 750 and withdrawled they canceled the withdrawl and asked for more information 5 times i did it 5 times taking 8 days each time finally they approved my withdrawl request and said i would get the funds in 3 to 15 business days it has now been 10 business days and i just got a email from them saying they are closing my account for no reason at all it has been 9 weeks now and i did everything they asked and followed all the rules i am just being ripped off

after 9 weeks and them finally telling me my withdrawl was approved and i would receive funds in 5 to 15 business days 10 business days later this is the email i got Hello [EDIT],

We hope this email finds you well.

After a complete review of your account activity, the Management Team has decided to bring our business relation to an end and to permanently close your Casinomoons account, in accordance with the following rule in our Terms and Conditions:

‘2.6.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel the User’s Account for any reason whatsoever, at any time, without notice.’

Kindly note, this decision is final and irrevocable. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

thanks i appreciate you getting back to me when i made the withdrawl it said it would take between 3 and 15 business days its been 20 or 21 business days now and they closed my account i am very doubtful i will recieve anything from them
