Player's Complaint

I recently won €17500 at Napoli Casino. It was on a €1 spin on Bamboo Rush. When attempting to withdraw I was told I had not yet met the wagering requirement and needed to continue staking €1900. I didn’t ask for, nor wanted a bonus, but just assumed it was the casinos way of clawing some money back. I carried on playing until the funds were cash and withdrawable, then withdrew €17500.

In the couple of days that followed I cancelled the withdrawal on numerous occasions, but lost almost €5000. I had itchy fingers and so I got my partner to change the password and not to tell me it. I still had almost €12000 coming.

Napoli casino have since cancelled my withdrawal stating I had broke their T

Hi Ambercars97 - welcome to! As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Casino Napoli do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom. Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low. Please provide the rest of your complaint before we go further. You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 12k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years. Thanks, ThePOGG

Hi Pogg. Thanks for your reply. I’m gonna start by apologising. My internet/social media skills are terrible. I’m still using ink and feather.

You mention needing more information. Could you please let me know exactly what you need. I have saved all screenshots, game play and emails regarding these terrorists. I’m happy to send them to you, and more than happy for the general public to view my file regarding Napoli casino. Even if that means I get nothing out of it except the satisfaction of people visiting your site realising how corrupt this casino is.

Many thanks.

Hi Ambercars97,

See above - your complaint ends at "I had broke their T". Presumably the next character would have been & which is a forbidden symbol on the submission form for security reasons.

Hi Pogg.

Again, my apologies. I really am computer illiterate..

yes, it was terms and conditions.

Just some feedback for you and your viewers/customers/friends/bloggers. (?not sure I even know what a blogger is).

Napoli Casino have emailed me stating that as long as I sign a agreement to exclude myself from their site forever, they are willing to refund ALL my deposits since joining.

I knew how crafty they were, so I had previously made deposits using my partners debit card. I done this knowing how greedy they were, and I was right in thinking so. My partner had already self excluded from their site, meaning (I hope), that by them taking his money after self excluding with same name and card details, they would be breaking their own terms and conditions by not informing me, nor suspending my account.

It goes without saying, but what I lack in computer skills, I more than make up for when it comes to contract law.

Obviously my gambling contract knowledge is limited compared to your own, so I was just wondering what you think my next move should be? Do I try to negotiate with them, or take their offer and head for the hills? A bird in the hand and all that.

Hi Ambercars97,

I'm afraid we will be declining any further participation in this issue. Where you are intentionally trying to mis-represent who you are for financial gain you are engaging in fraud.
