So i accepted a 100% bonus when i deposited 50 euro. I met the required wagering of i think it was around 2500 euros.

i then went to withdraw 1600 and they then took off the bonus of 100 euros and allowed me to submit my withdrawal request less the 100 euros bonus, within this i had not exceeded the 30% max betting.

After a couple of days a decided to cancel the withdrawal and play on with my winnings.

I then submitted a withdrawal of 3,700 euros and i also had 4000 euros in my account.

Today they had wiped both the withdrawal amound and my winnings saying i had bet more than the 30% (which in some games i did not knowing there was a cap on how much you can bet)

i managed to get hold of an operator and he basically said read the t+c's, our site is not hard to win money on so we have deposited you 50 euro back.

After reading all of these comments about this site i wont be the last to unfortunatley fall into this kind of situation.

I thought i would message on here to see if there was anything you could of done but looks like there wont be.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. This group of operators apply maximum bet limits to non-bonus play. Our understanding is that this practice would be non-compliant with EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue on several occasions with this group I can say with confidence that they will not change their position.
