Request a withdraw on 29-11-2021 to be told be processing in 24-72 hours, spoke on chat as 72 hours gone by to then have email after chat conversation stating I need to verify my account my account was finally verified Tuesday 02-11-2021 still longer then 72 hours gone by and no withdraw, went on chat to be told they have blocked my account as I stated it was frustrating me messaging where is my withdraw, I’ve emailed with no reply all they kept telling me when I could get on chat to speak to someone was it’s under review it’s the 6-11-2021 and still no withdraw from casino planet to my registered PayPal account so much to withdraw time 72 hours

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
