Hi,

 

 

I won 972 € from Casinorex on 3rd of April from their welcome bonuses.

 

 

I uploaded my documents and they asked me for additional document through email during the same day which I provided on the 7th of April.

 

 

After that I have not heard from them about my payment or verification. I have emailed them on the 12th, 15th and 20nd of April but no response to my emails.

 

 

Could you ask them if they are ready to process my funds already? Thank you
