Player's Complaint

I wagered the bonus and made a withdrawal and uploaded all the required documents to the account. After few days I contacted them via email and asked about current state of the withdrawal but they didn't respond. After a week once again contacted them via email but again no response. After that I went to the live chat to discuss the current situation the live chat dude said that he will check my account and after 30 minutes he just left the chat so they are just completly ignoring me and refusing to pay any winnings...
