Hello,

Ill try to make it as short and clear AS possible:

Deposited 500 euro without any deposit bonus to Casino Rex

Session was going good and i was above 2300 Euros.

Suddenly i get a notification that i got a Bonus named tournament Award which i never saw before and never accepted it

I click refuse to use it and suddenly i only gut Like 240 Euro left on my Account

Support is telling me, that i lost the winnings of the cancelled bonus

I only wagered 25 Euro during that bonus

I never won 2100 euro by using 25 Euro of that bonus

I never even accepted a Bonus First way, they Just added it to my account

So because of cancelling a Bonus i never Heard of and never accepting it, i lose 2100 because i wagered 25 Euro of that active Bonus?

This is bs and i got scammed.

Please Help me Out, 2300 Euro is a lot of money for me.
