it seems my account has been altered to where i can still play the 16,000 but cannot deposit or withdraw. in Oct, Nov timeframe they were communicating with me both by chat and email. now they do not answer any phone calls, chat or emails december 2017. I am asking for a withdrawal of the 16,000. [EDIT]. they had requested and acknowledged that they had received my updated documents in November and that is the last I have heard from them.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Casino Royal Club about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this stage we have no reasonable expectation of this position changing in the near future. As such we cannot do anything further to help you.
