Player's Complaint
it seems my account has been altered to where i can still play the 16,000 but cannot deposit or withdraw. in Oct, Nov timeframe they were communicating with me both by chat and email. now they do not answer any phone calls, chat or emails december 2017. I am asking for a withdrawal of the 16,000. [EDIT]. they had requested and acknowledged that they had received my updated documents in November and that is the last I have heard from them.

Before I go any further I need to make you aware that you've chosen to play with an operator that is unlicensed and historically has been non-cooperative with complaints posted with this service.
