Player's Complaint
Hello,
I asked to close the Casino part and leave the Sportsbook open. Instead they closed the whole account with balance of € 1.300 still on it. I asked them to send me the money and then delete the account but they do not respond at all. Customer support has no options to do something they keep referring to someone who will review the case soon but nothing happens.
