Player's Complaint

This dispute has been rumbling on for around 4 years now. Several times I gave up on it but returned to try and get my money (in times of hardship). I won some money playing roulette in or around 2015. Since then I have sent ID many times and completed several telephone verifications. The current situation is that Casino Sieger say they can only release my money to me when they open their UK licensed casino. I have checked with the UKGC web-site and it seems they have a license but are perhaps not using it. At the time of winning the money I thought they were licensed with the MGA (now LGA). The LGA say not. Upon further investigation I find they were licensed with both MGA and Curacao. So it gets quite complicated. The bottom line is they are not disputing the money is mine, but saying they can't send it to me yet - not until they open their UK casino. This may never happen and I don't see why I should have to wait anyway. I hope you can help Pogg.

Hi hardtimes,

Unfortunately Casino Sieger, whilst initially responsive to this issue has stopped responding to our communications regarding any of the complaints we currently have open against this group. At this juncture we have no reasonable grounds to expect this situation to change.

All we can suggest you do at this stage is contact the operators ADR IBAS who may be able to help you or alternatively you could consider taking legal action. I believe that GreenTableLegal.com offer a no win no fee service specialising in online gambling disputes.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
