Hi!
1) I made a withdraw request for 1 month ago (1100EUR 20 September) and have still not recieved my money. I been in contact with the support on their website everyday the last 20 days. They only tell me the same thing all the time: "I have sent the request to our payment provider to wire the amount today. You wil have the amount processed as soon as possible. " But the fact is that I can not get my win for more than 1 month.
2) Now I have 418 EUR on my account casinosieger.com and I don't want play anymore. I want withdraw it on my Skrill wallet but I see only 1 option: Bank Transfer. But I don’t want withdraw via bank transfer because I remember how I ordered my first withdrawal via bank transfer at 20 September and still no have money at my Bank Account. So I want withdraw to Skrill (I made all deposits from Skrill wallet)
