Please close my account forever on your casino.

Its the first time i ever heard of that screenshots not are allowed.

My bank dont have any feature to get a bank statment to a PDF file.

No ones use paper in these days NEVER.

The bank didnt send paper the send it digitaly.

Im a customer at 45 other online Casinos and the have never asked for PDF copy of a bank statment.

I will publish this at ASKGAMBLERS and open a dipsute there to and also with ECOGRA to warn other players from using your casino.

I will NEVER visit your Casino AGAIN.

I sent you 10 documents the same ones i sent to all others casinos.

Here is a list there they accept the same papers i sent you.

Hi melorium - welcome back!

While I'm sorry to hear that your not happy with the service you've received at Casino Sieger, I'm afraid your experience doesn't justifying Blacklisting the operator.

A large number of operators won't accept screen shots of online banking statements as they're far easier to tamper with than physical paper statements.

Further to this, it would seem easier to simply contact your banking provider and ask them to issue a paper statement. I currently have 3 online banking providers. In each account I have an option to request a paper statement for the previous month. If you can't find it within the online banking dashboard, contact the phone helpline/email support and they'll be able to do this for you. It usually involves a small fee (approx £5) but it should be pretty easy.

While I certainly wouldn't discourage you from deciding to play elsewhere if you're unhappy with this practice, I'd still suggest that it's worth your while to comply and ensure you get whatever balance the casino still has.
