The documentation that the player submitted did not pass Casino UK security verification. We independently verified inconsistencies in the information provide that suggest that the document was altered.
As such, this complaint has been immediately closed and marked as 'Found for the Casino'.

Hello The pogg,
A long time ago I won a small amount in casino uk I had several cash out already with the vegas partner group, So they asked me for documents again. I send them over my notarized ID.
They not received it, after sending it over 9 times it finally has been received notarized driver license and proof of address.
I received that my documents are FAKE. I not know how this is possible They won't give me any further responds in this case I hope you can help me. The cash out is €1241. And if it's possible I would like to play again in the casino uk.

Before I can move forward with this complaint, I need you to provide me with your username and the email address you used at Casino UK.
There are a couple of other details I'd like to clarify as well.
You say you've sent in 9 sets of Notarized ID - where were you getting your ID notarized? In some countries you can get this done for free at a post office/police station, but for the most part getting notarized ID requires an appointment with a notary public and will cost a fee. If you've had this done at a notary public, could you provide the name of the notary, the company they work for and the city they are based in?
