Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I made withdrawal this morning and like allways got email about it approved really fast. But this time they didnt pay out, they actually deposited money to my casino account and then started to implement they 3x wager rule on deposit. This one was actually new tactic i havent seen before. I explained situation and made new withdrawal request. After that they stopped answering my emails or chat and they just dont approve withdrawal again like they should.
They told they had issues with trustly. And they have now fixed it but withdrawals are not getting processed .
