While we're very sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing, being diagnosed with gambling disorder would not in itself be grounds to seek a refund for historic losses. There would need to be clear grounds to assert that the operator should have been aware of your issue and did not take appropriate action to protect you. Can you present such evidence?
