Player's Complaint
I made a withdrawal yesterday and was guaranteed by one of their employees that I would receive it by the end of the day. Not only did this not happen but when I spoke to another of their employees, they would not listen instead they quoted the same thing over and over again without even an apology. They also went on to basically call me a liar and claim my bank account does not accept faster payments which it does, as I get them all the time. But just to be sure i checked with the Bank and indeed they confirmed all my accounts have faster payments enabled. Again, was told by cheeky bingo that I do not. Their customer service was terrible and they just quote things back at you, the only apology I got was speaking to my fourth person.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 23rd of October let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
