Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Cherry Fiesta to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I made my first withdrawal request on Apr 10th - amount €1507,00.
After several contacts with support (Chat and email), they cancelled my request on Jun 1st without any justification.
I requested a new withdrawal of €1450,00 on Jun 1st.
Since then, I've been insisting but they keep no paying.
Please do what you can do help me to get paid.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
