Player's Complaint

I was once self excluded (after asking on more than one occasion to get them to listen) from the site Cherry Fiesta as I explained to them I have a major gambling problem. Then one day I stupidly asked them to reopen it and they did without asking any questions at all. I've since asked them to permanently blocky my account permanently on several occasions and all requests by both online chat and email have been completely ignored allowing me to speak hundreds and hundreds of pounds. Last night was the most recent date where I spent £1200 on my credit card. The site seems like an absolute scam. The transaction come up with a completely random name and doesn't even state that it is a gambling company. I'm not sure if this is something you would even deal with but I'm hoping you can help me complain to this disgrace of a company.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Cherry Fiesta Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
