i have withdrawn from my ac on 25th may and i was told i will receive this money with in 7-21 working days. I have given my ac details and iban number . waited a lot its like more than a month now. when ever i do live chat with their service they give me one email address,[email protected] and say me to email them but they never bother to reply me back and now they threaten me to close my account and vanish my winnings i am really frustrated is there anything you can do for that,i think they need to give me compensation for this behaviour. your help will be appreciated.
i was chasing my withdrawl coz it was more than a month now as they said it gonna take 7-21 working days. i asked for a help if they can sort this things and they used to give me the same email address everytime i start chat with them, even they dont reply me on live chat as well. He said you ask me same thing everyday and from no onwards if you try to chat me same thing they gonna close my ac and void my winnings. I emailed their customer serivce manytimes and they dont reply me at all. I was asking my withdrawn coz i think thats my right to get my winnings if i am not wrong.
