Player's Complaint

I made a withdrawal of £865 in winnings from Chilli777 casino. I was then instructed that since I hadn’t made enough lifetime deposits that all winnings over £200 would be confiscated. After reading the terms and conditions, I discovered that if I were to deposit more into my account I would be able to keep all of the winnings. When I enquired about this, the casino blocked my account and won’t respond to any of my emails.

www.chilli777.com advertises 2-3 day withdrawals, but I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks and still haven’t even received the £200 withdrawal and have no way checking its progress as I can’t login and customer service is non-existent.

Since I was prevented from making more deposits in order to withdraw my full winnings I am requesting the full £865 winnings. Failing this I’d like the £200 which I have been waiting for.
