Classy Coin - Keno Winnings paid out wrong

Found for the Player - Classy Coin Keno game once again mispaid this player, but this time Classy Coin failed to communicate about this issue or make any effort to rectify the issue with the player.

Player's Complaint

This would be the second time at this casino that their Keno game has paid me wrong. On July 4, 2014 I played a 4 spot keno at 25 cents.I played 10 games. I hit 4/4 which should of payed me 150 credits ($0.25x 150). It did not. It paid 101 credits. In fact it paid me for a 1 spot. There is not a 1 spot win when you play 4 spots. I immediately contacted customer service and took screenshots of the game. They told me to send screenshots which I did. I sent follow up emails and tried to talk to customer service only to get the run around. You guys helped me before with the same problem at the same casino. Looks like they didn't fix it last time.

I have screenshots of the chat session and game that was paid out wrong.

I also feel the need to emphasize that the Revenue Jet casinos - including Classy Coin - will be added to our Blacklist later today. They advertise that they hold a license in Curacao, but having just spoken to the Curacao regulatory authority this has never been true. I'd strongly advise you find somewhere else to play.

As I suspected, Classy Coin have continued to be unresponsive to this issue. I'll continue to chase this for a few weeks but I don't expect a positive result.

Hi bumdee,

I've had no further feedback from Classy Coin casino. I have to assume at this state that they do not intend to respond and as such I'm closing this complaint in your favour.

There's no doubt in my mind that this is exactly the same issue as last time and the Classy Coin Keno game has mispaid you.

This particular group has a substantially negative reputation and as I stated above has misrepresented their gambling license for a substantial number of years.

Given that there's no regulator to speak of, there really isn't any further action I can suggest in this case.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

I actually got them to reimburse me for the amount that was not paid on that complaint. I was fed up and went on live chat to tell them to close my account. They ofc, wanted to know why I wanted to close my account. I said that if they were not prepared to solve the complaint at this time and day, I wanted my credit cards removed and account closed. Well, the account manager got back with me the next day and said it was a mistake on their end and credited my account.

Hi bumdee,

While I'm happy to hear you got your funds back, my advice would remain the same. This group has now twice shown software errors that - as far as I'm aware - haven't occurred at other RTG casinos, they are not responding to complaints and they have no licensor to speak of. This is a really bad combination and I wouldn't be doing my job if I said it was a good idea to keep playing with them.
