[EDIT] Good day, I am contacting you for help regarding the provider comboslots.com comboslots.com is operated by N1 Interactive Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with registration number C 81457 I'm 53 years old, unfortunately I've been ill for a few years due to a gambling addiction. But no play for a year. I am also in the OASIS lock file at the Darmstadt Regional Council. Means I am blocked in Germany with all providers at my request. On July 2nd, 2022, I unfortunately relapsed due to an unpleasant family event, for a total of almost 5 hours. I desperately and helplessly googled Casino Germany at that moment. Unfortunately combo slots were displayed to me. Then I had my comboslots.com account permanently blocked due to gambling addiction. At that moment I also found out that this provider does not have a license in Germany. Because otherwise the Oasis would have been blocked and no deposit would have been possible. HERE I NEED HELP : I would like to contact you for help regarding the comboslots.com Terms and Conditions. It is clear in the terms and conditions - Excerpt of the general terms and conditions of combination slots: ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR GERMAN PLAYERS Setting up a player account. As part of the opening of your account, you will be asked to provide personal data such as first, last and maiden name, date of birth, place of birth, address, nationality and e-mail address. YOU should ensure that the information provided upon registration and thereafter is accurate and kept up to date. PRELIMINARY PLAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT SHOULD BE VERIFIED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER SIGNING UP AND/OR WJNWR DEPOSIT OF 150 EUR. I was able to deposit EUR 1501 within 4 hours and 30 minutes. Therefore, I demand back the amount of 150 EUR, i.e. 1351 EUR, because the terms and conditions have not been checked at the moment. Therefore, I immediately request the amount of 1351 EUR back from comboslots.com and ask for your help to solve this. I will file a lawsuit against comboslots.com in Germany. To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you with this matter. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
With regard to the verification terms - by your own account these deposits occurred in a very short period of time. While the €150 threshold had been passed a) it would still be expected that the operator has reasonable time to deploy any verification request b) the deployment of such a request would not require them to stop accepting deposits, only refrain from processing withdrawals and c) this process would not have been likely to result in the operator identifying any gambling issue without an explicit direction from you.
