Player's Complaint
I requested my withdrawal on 11th January and their terms and conditions say five days, so I have waited. Now when I ask them they tell me my account manager needs to speak to me before they process it - I've said that's fine, but apparently he's never around. They just seem to be stalling and I'm getting really worried I'll never see my money again!

I'll contact the operator and see what I can find out.
As a side note, as a UK citizen you should not play with any operator that is not UKGC licensed. Any operator, like Company Casino, who accept UK players without a license is in breach of UK law!
