The casino advised me that they cannot pay the 100e back onto my visa debit that i deposited with as they normally do i can use bank transfer but this has a limit of minimum 500e they have ecopay and paysafe but i dont have these options how can i get y funds back please

Hi MOT77,

Your initial withdrawal was rejected by your banks. This is far from unusual. Many banking institutions are tightening the restrictions they are placing on receiving payments from remote gaming businesses.

Cookie Casino inform us that they directed you to alternative payment methods you could try, but that you chose to play down your balance. Can you confirm this?

I played through the cash as they gave me only 2 options to withdraw both options I didn’t have EcoPayz and another one. May card works fine on their site before and also on other sites.

But it’s fine close the case I won’t play at that casino anymore
