Thank you , please keep in mind that i win 3000€ with maximum bet of 5€ so here all was under the bonus rules of play, later on i bet for some more than 5€ so i reach 5000€ win , the casino said i cant bet with more than 5€ bet with active bonus, so they removed all the 5000€ win, while i have already win 3000€ with only a bet of 5€, so at least they can remove the win after that but not all the win, i should get back the correct win of 3000€ , hopefully i was clear

If that is the case there is nothing we can do to help you. Where you violate the terms of the bonus contract the operator are within their rights to consider the contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract positions.
