Cool Cat - Casino won't pay the $16,250 they owe me

Player's Complaint

On March 17th of 2016, I won a sizeable jackpot and after stupidly giving a lot of it back, the casino owes me $16,250 of which I have not received a dime. It's been 2 months today and each time I contact them, I get one excuse after another as to why it has not been paid to me yet. I have plenty of documentation, screen shots, chat screens, e-mails, etc. They also say that once I get the first payment (they have it broken down into payments of $1,250) that I will receive a payment every 10 days. I find this hard to believe when I can't even get the first payment from them. I've been playing with this group for many years and have received small payouts in the past, but just can't seem to get them to part with this money, which is rightfully mine. My player name there is [EDIT] and the casino is Cool Cat. Thank you in advance for your time and help. Please advise.

I'll contact the casino and see what I can find out for you. I do know that this group is having a lot of payment delay issues, so you're not the only person in this situation, but that they are ultimately paying every player that's due money. So my advice would be don't give up hope and DON'T continue to play and lose your balance back!!

Hi RBreyne, Apologies for the delay - it took me a little while to get hold of the right person at CoolCat casino and I also had to take some unexpected leave due to personal issues. I've now got hold of the right person and they've told me that 2 payments have been sent for $1250 and $1172 (FedEx Tracking Number [EDIT]) and that a 3rd payment should hopefully be processed this week. They've assured me that payments will now happen regularly and I'll let you know as and when they're sent out. If you could confirm receipt of the first 2 payments that would be appreciated. Hi RBreyne,

Thanks for confirming that you have received your funds. I completely understand your frustration with this process and absolutely agree that had you had a more significant win this could easily have resulted in you waiting years for a pay out. This isn't a great service and I'd encourage you to consider playing elsewhere. That said, unfortunately for most US players the options available are very limited and most unlicensed US facing operators have similar payment issues.
