Found for the Player - While this group have never been entirely reliable in their response to complaints, they are now completely non-communicative. As such there's nothing we can do to help players resolve their issues.

Player's Complaint

After completing all wagering requirements, I submitted a withdrawal request on 09/05/2017 and it was approved on the 13/05/2017, they say it usually takes 10 days after approval for me to receive the funds, I have still not received the $100. I contacted their 'Live Support', they said they would escalate this case, they give me this excuse every time. I feel as though I am being given the run-around.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator who has extensive and well documented issues delivering payments to players on time. Your experience is far from unusual, with many players waiting months to get paid, and is not likely to be mitigated by our involvement.

This group's rep goes through periods of being responsive and resolving issues then disappears for several months. At the present time we're in the middle of a non-responsive cycle. We will continue to try to contact the operator for you, but I want you to be aware that this is likely to be a very slow process.

Unfortunately this group are now entirely unresponsive to our communications regarding any of a host of complaints we've received against them.

As they do not have a gambling license we cannot refer you on to a regulator to review your case.

I do however know that their rep is still responsive to the team at CasinoMeister, so it may be worth your while to try there.
