Player's Complaint

deposit guarantee banner Hi, I am having trouble with my Coral Casino account. I opened my account and deposited £300 into it with no problem. But when I tried to make a withdrawal of £1650 I was asked for age verification! I did not use any bonus. I have sent a copy of my passport and both parts of my UK provisional license (stating my address) and phoned after a while to confirm if it had been received. The representative was very friendly and assured me I would receive an answer by e-mail within 24 hours. 24 hours now passed and still no reply. Hi Winky1231 - thanks for getting in contact and apologies for the delay in getting to this complaint posted. I had to attend a wedding over the weekend, so am just getting everything back under control.
