Player's Complaint

Deposited numerous times with no issues at all. For the first time I requested a withdrawal and since then another 3. All four withdrawals have failed. Coral say they are unsure why but rest assured it's being investigated. No one is updating me or replying. I was told by one person that it's my bank refusing the withdrawals but I called the bank and this isn't the case.
