Player's Complaint

I opened an account with this casino last week. I was played and lost 250$ first then i am not happy with player returns. I told their support email address to close my account. I have received reply in order to close account you need to send email [EDIT]. This is does not says in terms and conditions. I lost 2000$ yesterday but i am looking for deposits refunds because i told them to close my account earlier but they didn’t do it. Even i am telling them to close now but they are looking for documents but i sent the documents week ago for verification but still no reply about that.

Hi Antony181980 - welcome back!

Before we go any further I need to point out that this is the 3rd complaint you have submitted to this service, in each case you have complained about groups that we actively discourage players from playing and this is the 2nd complaint you've submitted against a casino on the Danguad license, a license holder that is Blacklisted with this service. If you continue to ignore the advice given on this site you are far more likely to experience problems. Furthermore, by selecting operators that we have actively Blacklisted the chances that we can do anything to help you when you do experience problems is significantly reduced.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you, but my honest expectation would be that they will not discuss this issue with us.

Thanks for quick reply. I didn’t know about this casino owner. I have got promotional email from this casino then i signed up.When I deposited i found out this one from Danguad group.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact this operator we've received no response from them what-so-ever. As such there's nothing further that we can do to assist you.

All I can suggest is that you contact Crazy Fortune's regulator Curacao eGaming. You can find a link to their seal page in the footer of their site.
