Player's Complaint
My account was closed and all wining was canceled because I accidentally uploaded my Lithuanian ID instead of Dutch driving license. Users from Lithuanian are not allowed to play on their website, but I provided all necessary documents to proof that I live and played from Nederland. But they disagree to reopen my account and refund my wining because of my nationality. It looks like discrimination because of my nationality, because my residence is in Nederland I proved it by all necessary documents.
