Player's Complaint
I made my first cashout 7 days ago, verified my account directly and that process only took a couple of hours, BUT my cashout have since been pending. Talked to chat every day and got many different excuses. Like you cant cashout with smartphone and need to do it with PC(wich i did) technical issues and that they have a big workload.
The FAQ says that they usally process all cashouts within the hour.
Now i dont know what do to.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 6th of March let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
