Player's Complaint

Hello there.

On 29-30 July i have deposited 380 euros with my credit card which ends with number [EDIT]

On 30 July i had deposited 420 euro as wel with my binance visa card (which is only used for payments and not suitable for deposits to by third party services)

After winning back some of my lost money i made withdrawal request to my credit card (which i used before as wel to withdraw to without any issues)

My withdrawals are constantly being rejected by crazyfox. With the message i have to withdraw to the visa card which ends up with number [EDIT]

After contacting crazyfox support and explaining the situation that the visa card from binance is not suitable for withdrawal as it doesn't support third party services depositing. They keep saying i have to withdraw to This card.

I have provided pictures of my visa card, with clear name on the card, and also screenshots of my binance account page where it clearly shows this card is bound to my name and address. They still keep rejecting my withdrawals.

To try to make things clear, binance is a trading platform, and i can deposit money there with my credit card, the funds are kept in the spot wallet, those funds can be transfered to the funding wallet as wel which is meant for use with the provides visa card anywhere in the world.

I am a long time user of crazyfox , i never had experienced any such issues, but right now I feel like they are holding my cash captive. I should have the freedom to withdraw my funds to any of my cards linked to my account.

Please assist me with this as i am so stressed at the moment about this whole issue, and it just took away the fun of being able to relax after a long week of working
