Player's Complaint

I have sent 13th email requests along with numerous chat line conversations requesting that Crazy Luck Casino honor my withdrawal request from June 9, 2017 for $1300. Each time I contact a rep on chat line I am told that I will be paid in 1-2 days through Upay. When I call their phone I get no answer. My request is over 3 months old. Your response to matter would be appreciated.

Unfortunately the operator you've chosen to play with is entirely unlicensed, Blacklisted at this site, widely complained about for similar issues and routinely non-responsive to player complaints posted at this service. The reality here is that it's very unlikely we'll be able to do anything to help you.

I'm sorry to say that after repeated efforts to contact Slots Inferno we have received no response from this operator. At this point we have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

As Slots Inferno provide no licensing information to speak of I'm also sorry to say that there's not even a regulatory body we could refer you on to.

I'm sorry we couldn't be of further help.
