I file this complaint as the casino is holding up my funds since 25th of August. Then there are 2 other withdrawal made one on 29th of August and the last one only today.

First time withdrawal just takes a little bit longer.

Please be patient and wait a little bit longer, that is the standard information you get.

Also 2 deposit of each 50 euro seems still pending.

I've eveb become a VIP, but the last couple of days when requesting on update on this matter customer service is contact my VIP manager. I think only to keep my away from the chat service. My VIP manager only tells me to wait a little bit longer. No clear estimatuon or any usefull info has been given. Tomorrow is exactly 3 week pending.

Its their strategy: if they wait long enough people start canceling their withdrawal and spoiltbin in their casino. In the end no money will be pay out.

Hi Kinocchio,

If you have chosen to reverse your withdrawal and played the funds down, as appears to be the case, rather than allowing this service to review the issue comprehensively, the operator cannot be faulted for the loss of funds.
