Dafabet - does not withdraw long time!

Player's Complaint

At the end of August 2019, I sent 500 euros for withdrawal. I still have not received this money. Technical support reports that the finance department is still considering this.

In January 2020, I sent the remaining 243 euros for withdrawal and they paid them to me. When asked why they still did not pay the 500 euros, they first answered me on January 15: "We already escalated your concern to our Payments team about your withdrawal last Aug 31 for 500EUR and they are still checking your withdrawal. Once we have an updates we will notify your via your registered email address". They saying that for five months now...

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we can suggest is that you contact Dafabet's regulator the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.

Sorry we could not be of further help.

For over a year they have not paid money. They just send replies that "we are coordinating your amount to relevant team. As of this moment, we are still not waiting for the update or confirmation of it's status"...
