As detailed in the Dafabet terms of use, the operator can under certain circumstances apply a 2.5% withdrawal fee. In this instance, the withdrawal fee you have been charged is 2.5% of the withdrawal you placed.

We certainly appreciate your frustration, but all we can suggest is that you choose another operator to play with in future.

I don't play with this operator anymore. This was my last withdrawal.
Put yourself in my shoes,please. I read their rules. I asked Dafabet support about the fee earlier before withdrawal. They could answer me that my next withdrawal would be 2.5%.  Moreover, they don't inform me about this fee as per their rules. I only found out about this after my question. Maybe I didn't want to withdraw all funds on those terms.
This operator is unfair. I am extremely disappointed.

We're sympathetic to your situation, but there is nothing that we can do to assist you. The operator's actions are in line with their terms and conditions, terms and conditions that you agreed to.

While we certainly wouldn't encourage you to continue playing with this operator - this fee is both discretionary and excessive in our opinion - there is no grounds for us to contest that operator has done anything that is outside of the agreement you entered into with them.

I understand you answer. I just want to add something.
For many years I had withdrawn my funds without fee. This rule appeared much later, after my registration.
My previous withdrawal last year was also subject to a 2.5% fee. I didn't complain about the withdrawal because I read their rules about fees. That's why I asked Dafabet support about this fee for each of my withdrawals or not. They replied to me:"Thanks for writing to us. You will be allowed one free withdrawal every month the first withdrawal of the month, and after this, they will be charged 2.5% for any subsequent withdrawals for the rest of the month."
I was sure that my next withdrawal would be free after this answer.
I see a big difference between their answers before and after my last withdrawal.
As a result, Dafabet support responses mean nothing.

When the terms are updated, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the new terms.

The term allows the operator the option to enforce this fee. It does not require that they enforce it every time. If you are saying that this was in fact your first withdrawal of the month, then you have a claim. But the support operator did not tell you this withdrawal would be free, they told you that you could have one free withdrawal a month. If you have already received a free withdrawal, the operator are entirely within their rights to charge this fee.

My previous before last withdrawal in 2022 was subject to a 2.5% fee. They notified me about it. I have no question about it. That's why I asked Dafabet support about this fee before my last withdrawal. They replied to me:"Thanks for writing to us. They told me clearly that the next withdrawal would be free.

Sadly Dafabet have informed us that they are unwilling to share the evidence necessary to validate their claim that you were clearly informed of the charges that would apply before making this withdrawal.

All we can suggest at this is that you contact the operator's ADR eCOGRA.

Reviewing the Dafabet site, you appear to be correct, they have switched licenses and now no longer offer an ADR service.

Dafabet has charged a withdrawal fee ($600) that is likely to be disproportionate to the costs to the company and has been unable/willing to demonstrate that the player was made aware of this before it being enforced.

 I contacted Dafabet support after withdrawal. They refuse to pay me without a fee by management decision.
 This is not fair play. They answered one thing before withdrawal and did after withdrawal another.
 They must pay 668.19$.
