Don's Casino - Non payment of winnings

Player's Complaint

This casino has ripped me off for £2,600 between dons and split aces both run by alpha interactive solutions. I had another account spicy wins and my husband decided to enter my account and basically self exclude me ( this company is not affiliated with gamstop So refused to return deposits but close the account. With out knowing he had done this I then opened 2 further accounts assuming the block was an error on spicy. I won 1,900 euros on dons and 1,000 euros on split aces. I made the with drawl had been told I woukd get them in 5 days the to my horror both accounts were blocked and my winnings dissolved. My anger is that is I had been blocked and these were sister company's even tho I was told there was no connection at all countless times by chat ops. I was able to deposit and spend hours winning the money only to not recive it I told them the situation with my husband but they didn't care they gave me one deposit back from split aces but dons did not provide the same. They wouldn't give deposits back when my husband self excluded me against my will due to not being affiliate with gamstop yet they were quick to bring it up when they didn't want to pay out.

So now I'm €2,600 down and absolutly fuming they seem to think they are a law in too them selves.

Firstly you should be aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Don's Casino do not hold a UK license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you in this circumstance. We have already discussed this issue at length with the Alpha Interactive Solutions group - specifically that extending self exclusions to all properties on the network while only conducting checks for exclusions on other properties at point of withdrawal is free rolling vulnerable players. They've made clear that they will not change their position on this predatory practice.
