Player's Complaint

On draft kings casino there’s a game called rocket the game let’s you wager and then a rocket takes off and can go all the way to 1000x your wager the idea is you bail before the rocket randomly explodes. The problem with the game is many times myself and friends of mine that played this the button to bail often would not register and it would eventually explode causing you to lose your bet. I had contacted draft kings to report this issue and they blamed it on my internet saying I only get 60mbps download speeds, which I actually consistently get 150mbps speeds but they said the recommended amount is 1200mbps which I find ridiculous for a mobile game when I can play games much larger on my Xbox at 4K no problem the recommended amount for a game like call of duty is above 5mbps so then they blamed it on the fact I used their dual app for sports betting and casino instead of using their solo casino app so I tried the solo casino app and same thing happened I recorded many of these events happening with my iPhone while I played on my iPad so they could see me pressing the button and I had full bars connection and they just stopped replying to me I spoke to many reps and none wanted to help me so I’m resorting to seeing if you had any avenue to resolve this.
