Player's Complaint
I deposited 30$
Which was the minimum requirements , to receive the bonus.
I met the wager requirements. Cashed out at $400
I explained, I didn't want to receive my payment , on the same card that I deposited on, because it was my credit card, and there are deposit limits on this card.
Anything over $300 deposited , and the card will be locked .
I was told that they were having trouble verifying my deposit.
And asked for a fwd original statement from the bank that I deposited it from.
So I sent it, and they proceeded to tell me they needed 2 months worth of statements.
I sent them the documents, and they claimed to never receive them.
After complaining and asking for a manager, my account was deleted and I was never paid out.
