Hi goncalves - welcome back!

While I will make efforts to contact this operator I need you to understand from the start that this is an operator that is routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service, they are the most complained about operator this year and they've been Blacklisted for these reasons. In short it's unlikely we'll receive any response from them.

Nevertheless I will make efforts to contact them and see if we can get anything back for you.

Hi goncalves,

Unfortunately, while this group were initially responsive to our enquiries about your complaints they are now entirely unresponsive to our communications regarding any of a host of complaints we've received against them.

As they do not have a gambling license we cannot refer you on to a regulator to review your case.

I do however know that their rep is still responsive to the team at CasinoMeister, so it may be worth your while to try there.
