Found for the Casino - The Dux Casino terms of use clearly state that you cannot use 3rd party payment methods to deposit to your account. As such there's nothing we can do to help this player.

Player's Complaint

I signed up in duxcasino on December 3rd, 2020 at 11.44 am and then deposited 50 euros with a bonus, I had to implement what I managed in 2000. That I ended up with 1600 euros in real money. I then wanted to verify myself and handed in my data, ID card, registration confirmation and a screenshot from paysafe. ID card and registration confirmation have confirmed and now my problem I did not know that it is not allowed to top up my fiancé via paysafe. I have not yet pressed a withdrawal or received an email from duxcasino. Now they have kept my account to 0 law and the 1600 euros, although I have offered to send all the papers of my fiancé or my bank details. Do not react to anything anymore. I would like to ask for help with best regards,

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. The Betamo terms of use in this regard are as follows:

"The Company does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets or other payment methods that are registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts."

If you have deposited using a payment method owned by someone else the above term comes into effect.
